Isaiah 58:10 - And if you offer yourself to the hungry And satisfy the need of the afflicted, Then your light will rise in darkness, And your gloom will become like midday.
Deuteronomy 26:12 - “When you have finished paying all the tithe of your produce in the third year, the year of the tithe, then you shall give it to the Levite, to the stranger, to the orphan, and to the widow, so that they may eat in your towns and be satisfied.
Deuteronomy 26:13 - And you shall say before the Lord your God, ‘I have removed the sacred portion from my house, and have also given it to the Levite, the stranger, the orphan, and the widow, in accordance with all Your commandments which You have commanded me; I have not violated or forgotten any of Your commandments.
Job 31:16 - “If I have kept the poor from their desire, Or have caused the eyes of the widow to fail,
Job 31:17 - Or have eaten my morsel alone, And the orphan has not shared it
Job 31:18 - (But from my youth he grew up with me as with a father, And from my infancy I guided her),
Job 31:19 - If I have seen anyone perish for lack of clothing, Or that the needy had no covering,

Matthew 14:14 - When He came ashore, He saw a large crowd, and felt compassion for them and healed their sick.
Matthew 14:15 - Now when it was evening, the disciples came to Him and said, “This place is secluded and the hour is already past to eat; send the crowds away, so that they may go into the villages and buy food for themselves.”
Matthew 14:16 - But Jesus said to them, “They do not need to go; you give them something to eat!”
Matthew 14:17 - They *said to Him, “We have nothing here except five loaves and two fish.”
Matthew 14:18 - And He said, “Bring them here to Me.”
Matthew 14:19 - And ordering the crowds to sit down on the grass, He took the five loaves and the two fish, and looked up toward heaven. He blessed the food and breaking the loaves, He gave them to the disciples, and the disciples gave them to the crowds.
Matthew 14:20 - And they all ate and were satisfied, and they picked up what was left over of the broken pieces: twelve full baskets.
Matthew 14:21 - There were about five thousand men who ate, besides women and children.
Luke 14:21 - And the slave came back and reported this to his master. Then the head of the household became angry and said to his slave, ‘Go out at once into the streets and lanes of the city and bring in here those who are poor, those with disabilities, those who are blind, and those who are limping.’
